Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 coming to the PS3

Well, the rumors are true. “Shin Megami Tensi: Persona 4,” the fifth installment of Atlus’ franchise , will be re-released for the PS3 via PS2 classics on the Playstation Network on April 8th. The wildly popular JRPG series saw a resurgence for Persona 4 with the release of “Persona 4: Golden” for the PSP back in November of 2012 and “Persona 4:Arena,” a spin off fighting game in July 2012. The Persona series had a decent turnout during the PS2 era with “Shin Megami Tensi: Persona 3,” which was released  in August of 2007 and a remake of Persona 3 called Persona 3:FES was released  in April of 2008. Persona 4 was released  in December of 2008 to great success.  So if you’re a fan of JRPGs or Atlus , you’ll love this.

Persona 4 will cost $9.99 in the Playstation store. The remake of Persona 3(Persona 3: FES) is already available on the Playstation network and as been available since it’s release in April of 2012.
