Karl Urban Urges Fans To Sign Petition for “Dredd” Sequel

Though it under performed at the box office, “Dredd,” the 2012 film adaptation of the “Judge Dredd” comic series featured in the comic anthology 2000 AD, has become the definition of a home video cult hit. It’s become a such a cult hit that a possibly of a  sequel has been discussed. However, like any project related to a cult hit, the studio wants to know the audience is there. Karl Urban, Judge Dredd himself, lets you know how you can make your voice heard.

Last week Urban appeared at Emerald City Comic-Con and gave a message to the all the “Dredd” fans via Youtube. An online petition has been made available on the 2000 AD website for fans to sign and Urban encouraged fans to sign and continue their support. Urban also said they are currently hard at work at making a “Dredd” sequel a reality.
