This 1977 movie, Short Eyes, had a Blu-ray release this week and it was a film I’d never heard of. From the description it sounded like a “day in the life” kind of thing about “The Tombs” in NYC starring Bruce Davison, and appearances from familiar names such as Luis Guzman and Curtis Mayfield. After watching both Rats: Night of Terror and Hell of the Living Dead recently I’ve developed a desire to watch and re-watch a lot of the films of Bruno Mattei.
